誕生日にランチで伺いました。
オシャレなホテルの2階でエレベーターを出たらすぐに受付です。
奥さん粉ゼラチンのアレルギーがあるので
事前に伝えていましたが事前にメニューにも
メモを残して頂いていました。
とても丁寧なおもてなしを頂きました✨
ご当地の様々料理を食べられるランチ。
平日でも多くの方が来られてました！
全体的に美味しくお洒落な空間の中で食事を楽しめました✨
ただ熱々の料理、出来たての料理が少なかった。
富山ブラックラーメンや炊飯器に入ったひつまぶし、皿うどんなどは温かいですが出来たて！っという感じは弱かった印象です。
お皿を下げていただけるタイミングはとても早く◎
ドリンクは自身で取りに行きますが、温かいお茶は自分でティーパックから湯のみに入れて、お湯を注ぐ必要あり。湯のみも微妙に小さく機械で入れるお湯がなみなみと注がれるので運ぶのが大変。
全体的に美味しくいただけましたが少し残念な点もあったのでこの評価とさせて頂きました。
