今日は奥さんの誕生日の翌日で、名駅にプレゼントのお買い物️
お昼は奥さんの大好きなもつ鍋にしました
ランチから豪勢にもつ鍋のコース✨飲み放題付で予約しました
ランチでも結構並んでいて店内は忙しそう
ホールはちょっとてんてこ舞いだったかな❓
それでもお客さんの状況をみて、きめ細かく接客されてたことに感心しました
コースはもつ酢から始まって、牛スジのパリパリサラダ、ギョーザ炊きとスムーズに提供されて、お味も抜群‼️
鶏の塩唐揚げ、さがり焼きと続いて、いよいよメインのもつ鍋
もつはすごくぷりぷりで柔らかく、スープは醤油ベースであっさりしてますが、しっかりコクがあり、キャベツやニラの甘さが感じられました
締めはちゃんぽんと雑炊で選べて、ちゃんぽんにしました
これもまた、もつ鍋の出汁がしっかり出ているスープが麺に絡んで最高でした
次は味噌ベースのとんちゃん鍋にチャレンジしたいと思います！最高の二次会になりました✨ごちそうさまでした‼️
