今日は名古屋に出張。お客様と美味しいお肉を食べにいこうということになり、名古屋ということもあり、三重、松阪牛の美味しいお店にいくことにしました
今日いただいたのは大善ステーキコース、厚切りのサーロインステーキ 150Gのコースにしました。
まず、はたのソティ、きんかんなど美味しい付け合わせとともにいただきます。さっぱりとしたソティでお肉の前菜としては大変すばらしいスタートです。
そして前菜のサラダ、蟹がはいっていて、高級感のあるサラダでした。トマトもとても美味しい、パセリも最高においしかった。
さて、ステーキの焼き加減について聞かれます。わたしもお客様もミディアムレアにしました。
宮崎牛、鹿児島牛の組み合わせ、美味しい極上の牛肉の部位です。極上のロース肉であります
そして、高野キノコプラントのプレミアム椎茸「天恵菇」（てんけいこ）がつけあわせで。これはオプションなのですがお肉にとてもあうとのことで、お勧めに従いました。結果としては付け合わせにしてよかったです。大変美味しかったです。
ミディアムレアで焼き加減も最高でした。
最後にガーリックライスとお味噌汁、ガーリックライスはとても美味しかったです。金曜日の夜だから楽しめるガーリックライス、美味しかったです。解放感を感じます。
そしてデザート、いちご、キューイ、とっても甘いメロンなど美味しいデザートでした。どれも多変あまく美味しかったです。
最後にコーヒーをいただいて、コースのしめです。大変美味しいお料理でした。
店員の対応もよく、とっても好印象です
