ブランド牛を取り揃えた地元精肉店が手掛ける、黒毛和牛専門店です。
年間に50以上全国各地のブランド牛を取り扱うお店です。松阪牛、みかわ牛、飛騨牛、宮崎牛、前沢牛、神戸牛の、販売指定店です。
精肉店も営む「大善」だからこそ、いつも良い状態の美味しいお肉をウェットエイジングしてご提供してます。
焼肉屋さんの本店は知立駅にありますが、こちらの名古屋駅前の大名古屋ビルジング店の方が高級志向で価格も高いです。
数年前にリニューアルした新しいビルで、店内もとても綺麗です。
厚切りの上タンとブランド牛の5種の盛り合わせと、キムチ盛り合わせ、サラダ、季節の焼き野菜（大きな椎茸）を注文しました。
お肉は、霜降りの上質なザ和牛です。
5種盛りは、イチボ、サーロイン、ヒウチ、ラムシン、マキの5種類でした。
3名で頂きましたが、これだけでかなりお腹がいっぱいになりました。
こちらのお店で特記すべきは、ブランド牛を取り揃えている事はさることながら、フルーツがかなり美味しいです。
フルーツ盛り合わせは、なかなか入手できなりフルーツもあり、これだけを食べに来る価値もあるのではという印象です。
