食べログの点数で考えるとなんか納得できる当店。
しかし、そんなの関係ねぇ！と言わんばかりに独自の名古屋街道を24時間爆走してくれるこちらの店。
選択肢の少ない名駅の深夜において24時間この店が煌々と輝いて見える。
色々なとんちゃんとい旨辛メニューが多く並びがちな名古屋だが、当店のとんちゃんには臭みがほとんどない。
そして味噌は甘さがしつこくない。
パンチもある。
よって
とりあえず、「特大ハイボール炭酸多め」と「旨辛味噌とんちゃんミックス」660円これが最高。
ちなみにとんちゃんミックスには塩味もある。
この店は、基本的に焼き物は塩か味噌を選べるが
塩味は何回も来たが塩分強めなので要注意。
そこまで悪い気がする塩っ気ではないが、
通常よりもかなり塩分強め。
そういう意味では旨辛味噌とんちゃんミックス。
鳥セセリ、豚ハラミ、
塩分弱めでタン塩、牛ハラミあたり頼むといいかもしれない。
なにせ
深夜は落ち着く店で、スタッフさんも明るいです。
