何もかもが素晴らしい、幸せすぎる肉割烹♡
火入れが全て完璧で出される、生のようで生でないお肉たち♪
特に度肝抜かれて虜にされるのが、じっくり焼かれたのに生のようなレアタンです♡
信じられない美味しさ♪
予約でお願いしていても、仕入れによっては提供できないこともあるとか…
毎回必ず食べたいです！！
この日は神戸牛の雌牛、冷製しゃぶしゃぶも、お鮨も、お肉の味が濃くて最高でした♪
絶対にまた伺いたいです♡

この頃は、全て同じブランドの牛ではなく、松阪牛のハラミ、近江牛のヒレ、飛騨牛の…といろんなブランドのいろんな部位で出てきていました。
