年始にせっかくなので夫婦で新年会をしたくて、お店を探しました。
最近ジビエを食べてなかったので、こちらのお店をBMして開店の17時に予約なしで来店。
なんと！
予約で満席でした（汗）
ただ、予約の18時半？に席を空けてもらえると18時までなら大丈夫との事。
もともと二軒目も行く予定だったので、快く案内してもらえて嬉しかったです☆
新年だからかな？手書きの限定メニューを見て焼き鳥を数種類（2本ずつからの注文、今回は盛り合わせはありませんでした）、近江牛のユッケ、鶏皮ポン酢、ジビエから鹿をお願いしました！
焼肉屋さんでもなかなかないのにユッケが食べられるとは思いませんでした。少々お高いですが、食べる価値はあります！生肉好きとしてはものすごくありがたい一品です。しっかりとしたステーキ肉の細切りのような感じ。しなっとしてなくて食べ応えもあり！これはいくらでもいけます。
そして、あとから気づいたんですが、焼き鳥を塩、タレの指定をしませんでした。運ばれてくるのはお店のセレクトで塩、タレが決まってるんですね。ハツ、カワは塩で、細めの串にカリカリに焼いてあっておいしかったです！ねぎまはタレでしっとりしてました。
鹿は厚めのお肉が4当分に切り分けられれて、西洋わさびと塩、粒マスタード、バルサミコのソースがついてました。鹿は下味が塩だけのようで赤身の野性味溢れる味をガッっと味わえるものでした。
1時間の滞在でガッツリ肉を頂き、お酒がなくなるとすぐ声をかけていただけたので濃縮した時間を過ごせました。
週末は混むようなのでご予約を！カウンターも楽しそうでした！
