JR東海の東海道新幹線・東海道本線・中央本線・関西本線、名古屋臨海高速鉄道の西名古屋港線（あおなみ線）、名古屋市営地下鉄の東山線・桜通線の名古屋駅から徒歩4分、名鉄の名古屋本線の名鉄名古屋駅から徒歩3分、近鉄の名古屋線の近鉄名古屋駅から徒歩4分、名古屋市営地下鉄桜通線の国際センター駅から徒歩5分のタクトビルの2Fにある居酒屋。
毎日、11：00～15：00までの間、ごはんおかわり自由の鳥メロランチが、時間無制限で800円（税込）。
鳥メロランチの内容は、ごはん、サラダ、スープ、ドリンク。
焼鳥、もつ鍋を出す居酒屋なので、ランチメニューも鶏肉中心ですが、チキンカツと唐揚げの2種類が食べられるチキンカツ（唐揚げ2個）を選択。
値段の割にはボリューム感はある方です。
ドリンクはセルフサービスで1杯までとなっており、ラインナップはコーヒー（アイス、ホット）、オレンジジュース、烏龍茶。
アイスの場合、グラスがジョッキなので、1杯までとはいえ、そこそこのボリューム。
しかし、個人的には味以前の問題。
名古屋駅近辺でランチを出来る所を探しており、目に留まったのがこちらのごはんおかわり自由の看板。
店にはエレベーターで直通か、外の階段で直通となっており、エレベーターが開くと、喫煙率もそうと高く、煙草臭さ全開の店内。
後々、写真を見返すと、確かに喫煙OKとなっていますが、居酒屋でもランチでは禁煙の所も多く、時間もなかったのであまり気にしておらずに失敗。
正直、引き返そうかとも思いましたが、店内に入ってしまっていて店員に出迎えられている上、時間もなかったため、やむなくさっさと食べて出る事に。
ランチは喫煙者には盛況のようで、かなり詰め込まれるのもあり、喫煙の有無は度外視してもあまりにも落ち着かないですし、環境面では最悪の部類でした。
再訪はないです。
