なんか聞いただけであんまり行きたくなくなっちゃうワタミグループです。
店員さんは若めで活気もあって丁寧ですしなんら問題ないです。ほぼホールは日本人ですね。そういう方針かな、知りませんが。
下に客引きも何人もいるので法的にいいんでしょうか、気になる。そこも日本人。
さて、プレモル199円なので行きました。ちょうどよくある販促用のジョッキでの提供。
美味しかったです。大もあるけど二倍以上するので中2杯でいいかな。
次は大かも、
お通しのキャベツ300円はうな富士のキャベツきゅうりのニュアンスもあり要するに塩昆布、ポン酢ごま油あたりの味付けでしょうか。こちらだけ食べ放題なので全然いいかも。
あとは日本酒が八海山55と作純米大吟醸朝日50が選べます。どっちもグラスもボトルもやすい！今回は作の1合？というかグラスをチョイス。店員さん四合瓶を持ってきて並々注いでくれるので1合超えてるかも。1升瓶のほうが安く仕入れられる気がしますがこちらは単品ボトルもある4合瓶での提供。最近寿司屋で提供される作は美味しいけど高い！こちらで1合？780円、4合瓶3500円。持って帰っても良いくらいのバグ価格。
一方で食べるものはほとんどなかったです。安めの焼鳥から選びますがまあ特に鮮度とか全くなし。つくねは2種よりどりでオフになり。両方とも塩気が強くて冷凍物の中売りからの仕入れでしょうか。軟骨と皮は冷凍か朝引きがわからないけどお値段以上。
プレモルと作と八海山にお通しキャベツか。
悪くないです。お店としては困った客かもしれません。大型チェーンですし許してください。
最後まで食べられる喜び。最高でした。
