Lunch with 7 friends (*^^*) I searched Tabelog and booked this place because it had convenient transportation and was a good place to relax. *About the store* Opened in July 2017. This is a series of ``Tachinomi Sanbun'' in Ginza that was featured in the Michelin Guide Tokyo. It is located on Restaurants floor of Midland Square, a commercial facility directly connected to Nagoya Station, near the elevator on the 4th floor. Inside, counter seats, 6 private rooms and 2 semi-private rooms. We were able to connect two private rooms (^^) ▫️ [Seasonal Sanbun Kaiseki Lunch] "Botan" ¥3,800 ◆ Appetizer Okara salad, homemade mugwort tofu ◆ Sashimi 2 types of sea bass and tuna ◆ Grilled flatfish Grilled fuki miso, grilled onions ◆Fried food Rikyu fried seasonal vegetables and tuna Tempura fish (I forgot) ◆Takikomi rice, pickled vegetables, miso soup ◆Sweetness Sesame bavarois Toast with fresh ginger gari sour★ Mugwort tofu, smooth and delicious ♫ This is the first time I've heard of fried Rikyu, but it's a method of frying it with sesame seeds added to it! It seems that the name comes from Sen no Rikyu's preference for dishes using sesame seeds. It was a good thing (I'm already in the middle of the meal). The cooked rice was well seasoned with soup stock and had the flavor I liked. The Japanese pepper leaves added color and fragrance (^^) Although there was a time limit, I was able to relax in a private room without worrying about being seen by others ♫ Thank you for the meal ✨️
