今日は打ち合わせが早く終わったので名駅の博多市場さんへ。4人でゆっくり個室で話せるところがいいということで終わってからすぐに帰れるのでここにしました。
まずは生ビールで乾杯してから野菜の盛り合わせがつきだしで来ました。ボリュームたっぷりで味噌をつけて食べると美味しいです！
続いて魚の串を注文。自分で炙って焼いてお好みのタレをつけて食べます。ポン酢、焼肉のタレ、岩塩といろいろあって味が変わって楽しめます。
焼き鳥も焼く前の状態を見たのは初めてです(^^;;笑
砂ずりは結構赤いんですね。
唐揚げはボリューム満点でハイボールに合います。炭酸がよく効いて美味しいです。やっぱりハイボールと唐揚げは最強のコンビですね。
