注文してから、スープ、サラダ、ライスがセルフだったので取りに行っていたら、もうステーキが届いた。目の前で切ってもらって、焼けすぎ無い様に板の上に置いてくれた。
ステーキは注文する時にミディアムとかレアとか言わなくてはならない店がほとんどだが、ここは目の前に鉄板があるので、レアで食べて、1切れはウェルダンにしようとか自分で調節できる。
これは良い！！
ハンバーグも固めに焼いて、そのまま食べたけど、クミンかな？
何もつけずに食べて十分おいしかった。
