2017.9.1夜 メシコレ懇親会の後、エリックサウスの稲田さんとサシ呑み。
今年2月オープンの準新店で、世間で言うコスパって言葉の範疇を軽く凌駕した盛りの良さに驚愕。
名駅3丁目というゴリゴリの一等地で、コレで果たして儲けが出ているのかと心配にもなる。
だいたいカルパッチョなんか真鯛(愛媛)・鰹(千葉)・ツバス(三重)・鰯(北海道)・赤海老・鮭・真蛸・ワカメ(徳島)がこの大皿料理のような盛りで980円、しかも仕事も丁寧で美味いというアホさ加減。
ヨソなら3000円はカタいであろうブイヤベースも1780円だって。
でもってコレが魚介の旨みが濃密でウマいんだわ。
「リーズナブルでたっぷり美味しい」がコンセプトらしいが、その印象すら圧倒する食べ応え。いやはや、スゴい店があったモンだ。
