ミーハーなので2大名物のカルパッチョとブイヤベースを注文。
何と言ってもカルパッチョのボリュームのすごさ。
マグロ、カツオ、ヒラメ、ツバス、赤エビの5種類が皿いっぱいに盛られている。彩りもよく映える。
ブイヤベースはムール貝、あさり、赤えび、鯛、カニが入っていて、旨みがすごい。スープを残しておけば濃厚リゾットにしてくれる。このリゾットがまたうまい。魚介の旨みがぎゅと凝縮されていて最高の味。
なみなみのハウスワインと料理の相性もぴったり。
パンが食べ放題なんだが、スタッフさんの対応が優しすぎて。何回頼んでも、温かいものがすぐ出てくる。
料理の味、値段、スタッフさんのホスピタリティどれも最高でした！
