昨年訪問の投稿忘れ！
クーポン割引で6,000円の飲み放題付きコースを、完全個室で頂きました♪
居酒屋のお刺身はあまり期待していないのですが、鮮度の良いお刺身でした(,,•᎑•,,)
ただ、バイトらしきスタッフ君がネタの種類を答えられず、お店に確認する素振りも無く、？？？な感覚に。
お料理それぞれどれも普通に美味しい♡
メインの名古屋コーチンの白湯鍋も、お出汁が美味しいお鍋でした♡
一味もお願いしたら、どっさりくれました♫
この鍋の提供時に、ピンク色のトロロらしき物が一緒に運ばれて来たので、これは何ですか？と尋ねると、お刺身の時と同じスタッフ君の答えが、
「コチュジャン的な…」と、語尾まで言わない返答。
なるほど、ピリ辛な味変用なのかな？
と思いながら、入れるタイミングの説明もないので、それも尋ねました。
煮立ったら全部入れて下さいとの事。
味変じゃなく最初から入れるのねー？！
いざ、鍋が出来上がる頃にチョビッとトロロを舐めてみると、コチュジャン要素ゼロの明太子トロロでした( ˊᵕˋ ; )
開店直後でお客さんが殆ど居らず、まだ静かな店内。
私達の席の壁向こうがスタッフの控え室なのか、喋り声も聞こえてくる。
私自身、どうしても接客面が評価基準に大きく関わる為、今回はこの点数(•́ε•̀;ก)
お料理も美味しくて立地も良いお店なので、今後のスタッフのサービス向上に期待します⤴︎⤴︎⤴︎
