名古屋駅から近くの地鶏料理が食べれるお店。
オシャレなビルの4階にありました。
店内に入ると個室に案内してもらいました。このお店は全部完全個室ですね。プライベート空間が保てていいですよね。
まず生ビールで乾杯！！
では、地鶏料理を。熟成鶏の炭火焼きと唐揚げが食べたいですね。炭火焼きは真っ黒。まさに炭火焼きですね。香ばしくて食べると歯応えバッチリで鶏の旨みが広がるね。これは旨いですね。
唐揚げも旨いですね。ガブっと食べると衣に染みてるタレと鶏のジューシーさがこれまた旨い。唐揚げってほんと好きだけど、この唐揚げは大好きですね。
あと熟成鶏の白湯鍋をいただきました。
大ぶりな鶏のもも肉がどっさり入ってました。他には豆腐、しめじ、白菜としらたき。あと水菜が山盛り！！
熟成鶏と歯応えがすごい。スープを啜りながら鶏と野菜をいただきました。
〆はうどん。このスープにうどん定番ですね。うどんを投入してグツグツしたところでいただきました。
地鶏をたくさん食べたけど、〆のうどんはつるっと完食。
名古屋駅からすぐところでおいしい地鶏料理が食べれるお店でした。ごちそうさまでした。
