I went to Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) for a drinking party. The meatballs at this restaurant are interesting and have a best before date of 59 seconds. I thought it probably meant that I wanted the food to be cooked to that level. 6,000 yen all-you-can-drink course Mugen cabbage Spicy miso tastes good 59 seconds meatballs The inside is well cooked and the cartilage is crunchy and delicious. Deep-fried chicken Tatsuta-style, crispy and nice. The bonjiri, torikawa, and crispy grilled Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) were all delicious. I had horse sashimi from Kumamoto wrapped in onions for a refreshing meal. Salad Chicken miso stew The miso was sweet and spicy and had a nice flavor. It was delicious with plenty of black pork Gyoza / Dumpling fillings. It was a rice porridge with a good dashi flavor.
