そのため韓国焼肉とは違い、和を感じさせる料理が多い。
扱うお肉も川岸牧場神戸ビーフと一切の妥協なし、。

前菜ものの味付けが絶妙でした。
土鍋ヒレご飯は特に味付け、肉の日の入り加減と美味しかったです。
