I went to "Waniku" near Yanagibashi shopping street. Since it was a Friday, more and more customers started arriving after 7:30 pm, and the restaurant was almost full. This time I took the refinement course. The staff will serve you the alligator sirloin shabu shabu shabu shabu and explain how to make it delicious. When I ate it, I thought, ``It goes beyond the concept of meat.'' (LOL) It was soft and had just the right amount of fat, but it wasn't greasy or heavy, and it was very delicious. It was by far the most delicious shabu-shabu shabu shabu 've ever eaten! ! Despite the thinness of the Yuan-yaki beef tongue, it has a firm texture. I eat it wrapped in Chinese cabbage that has been marinated in sudachi, and I had only imagined green onions as the tongue that goes well with it, but the Chinese cabbage is also second to none. The special Kobe beef was definitely delicious. In particular, the ``tie'' part of the meat that came out on the second plate was delicious. The meat was between lean and marbled, and I could eat it easily. There were two pieces each, but they were delicious.The seasonal rice was cooked with scallops and salmon roe. The flavor of the scallops spread through the air, and the bubble wrap bursting out of the scallops was very luxurious. I'm also happy that they let me take home what I can't eat ♪ There were a few places where the number of customers increased and the staff couldn't keep up with them, but overall it was a restaurant that I would like to go to again ^^
