本日の注文

・有機野菜のグリーンサラダ
・パン
・国産若鶏のシューファルス(ロールキャベツ)
シンプルなグリーンサラダで野菜の味がダイレクトに感じるサラダと焼きたてのパンは外はパリッと中はしっとりで、バジルが練り込んであって香りが良く、バジルのパンがメインの大きなロールキャベツのソースとめちゃくちゃ合って美味しく頂きました。
夜はジビエ料理もあるみたいなので、次回は夜にお邪魔したいと思います。
