日替ランチ900円を頂きました。蕎麦（冷）、鯵フライ、鯖と大根の煮物、冷奴、白飯、漬物の構成です。
蕎麦は出汁が効いた冷製の汁にしっかりした食感の十割蕎麦。仄かではあるが蕎麦の香が心地よい。別添の揚げ玉は良い油を使っているのだろうか雑味がない狸となる。旨い。
鯵フライは身厚な鯵が2尾。綺麗な狐色の外観にホクホク食感の味。旨い。
鯖と大根の煮物も鯖の旨味を大根が吸う趣向。魚臭さはなく旨い。
総じて良質ランチ。居酒屋チェーン店の一つの営業形態のようだがレジには蒲郡の蕎麦店の写真が掲げられており、ここが源流だそうだ。ダイニングは明るい木調の設えで大きな空間のためだろうか居心地は悪くない。気になるメニューがある。次回の楽しみとしよう。
