When I looked at the menu sign at the front, the prices were a little high, but I was in the mood for some soba so I decided to go for it. I usually order cold soba noodles, but since chilled tanuki wasn't on the menu, I decided to order a large serving of nonazaru soba (¥1000). The noodles here are made with 100 percent soba, and no filler is used at all. First, I'll try 2 or 3 bottles without adding anything. The water drains nicely, it's cool and chewy, and the texture is so strong that it takes effort to bite into it. The surface is smooth and goes down the throat very easily. The scent of soba is not that strong. Let's dip it slightly in the soup. It's a little sweet, but it's not a problem. The scent of honkarebushi hits your nose. It's a very nice scent, and it's a little smoky.Maybe because of that, it gives the impression that it's a little strong considering its sweetness. After that, I added all the seasonings, and the green onion and wasabi stimulated my nose, making me slurp it. The soba noodles go down easily, and the surface is smooth and chewy, so you may not be able to chew them very much, and you won't be able to enjoy the aroma of the soba noodles very much, but the soup stock is strong enough that you can eat it standing up. You can enjoy the aroma of honkarebushi, which you cannot taste with soba. There aren't many good soba restaurants around here, so the prices are a bit high, but I'd like to have a regular soba restaurant. At the end, there was a pot on the table, so I thought it was soba soup, so I went for the soup. I poured it and drank it, and it turned out to be tea, which wasn't bad at all, but I wonder if they'll give me soba-yu if I ask for it? There are very few soba restaurants in this area, so shops like this are very valuable. Thank you for the meal.
