八千円のコースを2人で頂きました。コロナ第3波が騒がれている昨今であるが、個室なので、他グループからの感染リスクはほぼゼロであろう。とにかくおいしいものを楽しく食べて、免疫力アップを図るのだ。とりわけ「きのこ」は、ダイエットにも良し、免疫力アップにも良しだ。
このお店のレシピは、私が外食に求める路線にフィットしている。少数の食材をドーンと出すのではなく、とにかく「少しづつ」「いろいろ」出してくれるパターンである。例えば「きのこ」だが、1人鍋なら１種類、家族で食べたとしてもせいぜい３種類用意する程度だと思うけれど、ここのお鍋であれば、2人で食べても１０種類ものきのこを堪能できる。食材の単価をガンガン上げてくるパターンよりも、手間暇をしっかりかけて、十種のきのこを盛り付けて出してくれるのが嬉しい。これはきのこだけでなく、野菜も、お肉も然りである。
見た目も華やかだし、〆の雑炊を食べればわかるけれど、食材数が多い「なべ」の良さがしっかり「出て」います。（笑）
お値段以上のパフォーマンスであると思います。
