寒い冬が来ると温かい鍋が食べたいね〜って事でキノコ鍋専門のこちらのお店にやって来ました♪
でも建物の前に着いてるはずなのにお店がどこにも見当たらない！！！？
めっちゃ探して「デザインフードマーケット」さんの看板にキノコマークが付いてる事を発見！
もしかしてこれじゃない？？って事で恐る恐る入ってみると 正解でした！！
お店の入り口は「デザインフードマーケット」さんから入り、店員さんに案内してもらい隠し扉的な所から入るとまた違った雰囲気のお店が出てきました
こちらが目的の「ミスターマッシュルーム」さんの様です
こちらは落ち着いた雰囲気で隠れ家的な感じで素敵です
個室に案内してもらい やっとの事でスタート♪
コースは3種類！
3千円、5千円、8千円のコースがありますがどうせならたらふく食べたいよねって事で8千円のコースを注文

お出汁も3種類ありますが辛いのが私は苦手なので和牛テールのお出汁にしてもらいました

和牛ユッケは低温調理調理されてるの？ってくらいレアでしたが生肉好きの私には堪らない♡
卵と絡めて食べると最高
キノコ鍋が来るまでの立派なお肉達はお店の方が目の前で調理してくれます
手慣れた手捌きでササッと火を通して 程よい火加減良いピンク色
とっても綺麗ですね 脂が甘くってとっても美味しい〜♬
キノコ鍋からは自分達で自由にしゃぶしゃぶ♪
普段見ない様な変わったキノコもあって色々食べれるのは良いね
しかもお替わり自由だから腹パンなるまでたらふくいただきました
キノコは身体に良いからいっぱい食べましょ♪
〆の雑炊にはトリュフ入り♬
最後まで贅沢感半端ない
お腹いっぱいだけど身体に良い物は罪悪感がなくて良いね
