や寿しさん跡地に、串揚げ屋さんが入ったと聞き及び、早速、ランチで初訪問！
【2020.7.29 初訪問】
とある食べ歩きが好きな方のブログを読み、何度かお誘い頂き、訪問した事がある人気鮨店〝や寿し〟さんの跡地に、串揚げ屋さんが出来たと聞き、翌日のランチタイムに訪問する事を誓う。
なんせ、串揚げ大好きだからねー。ランチタイムからちゃんとした串揚げ食べられると聞きゃ、行かずにいられんでしょ！笑
ところが…昨夜、夜更かししてしまい、今朝、起きたのがかなり遅め。
遅く起きても、当然、仕事をしなければならないので、何だかんだと仕事をこなし、一段落して13時半に、お店へ電話。（というのも、ネタが無くなり次第、早仕舞いする事もあると聞いたので、まだ営業されているかの確認の連絡。）
ご主人から、「営業はしてますが、現在、席が空いておらず満席状態なんです…。」との事だったので、「大丈夫です！外で待ってますから！」と伝え、身支度。
地下鉄で赴くと、ランチタイムの閉店時間になりそうであったので、車で訪問。
13:45頃、車をCPに停め、お店へ入ると、先客が一名。カウンター席には、先ほどまでいらっしゃったであろうお客さんの痕跡が。（要は、まだお盆など下げられておらず、カウンターに載りっ放しの状態。）
片付けられていた、一番奥のカウンター席に座り、ランチメニューの中から、串揚げ10本が付いた
⚫︎串揚げ10本定食
を注文。
まずは、お盆に、サラダ、小鉢（ピーマンとソーセージの炒め物）、ご飯、お味噌汁が運ばれて来て、串揚げは、1本ずつ出来立てを揚げてくれるスタイル。
串揚げの内容は、

ご主人お一人で、接客から調理までされてるようなのと、手間は掛け、揚げたてをお客さんに食べて貰いたいという心意気が伝わる串揚げでした。
この内容で、このサービス、更に、この価格なら、お値打ち度は、かなり高いかと。
既に、常連さんも付いているようだし、人気店になるかもね！

最近、串揚げが食べたくて仕方なく、久々に、此方へ、再訪してみる事に。
初訪問時は、オープンしたばかりで、席が空くのを待ってた気がする。笑
それ故、今回は、どうなんやろう？と思っていたところ、お店の看板に、「本日、予約なしでも入れます。」の文字を発見したので、お店の御主人に、「今から入れますか？」と尋ねた所、「どうぞ！」と仰って頂き、車をCPに停め、再訪致しました。
席へ座り、メニューを確認し、
⚫︎デラックス10本定食
を注文。
まず、定食のご飯、味噌汁、サラダ、金平？が用意され、目の前に。
続いて、此方側の食べ進める速度に合わせて、串揚げをタイミングよく提供してくれる。
最初は、
⚫︎白身魚の大葉巻き
うん、大葉の爽やかな香りが白身魚の淡白な味わいによく合ってる。
⚫︎鶉卵
定番やけど、安定の旨さ！
⚫︎じゃがバター
これね、良かった！
バターの芳醇な香りがホクホクしたジャガイモによく合う！
⚫︎烏賊雲丹載せ
旨いけど、これは雲丹の風味が勝ち過ぎちゃってたかな。
⚫︎厚揚げ
田楽風でこれも良かった。
⚫︎茄子の明太子ソース
茄子と油って本当相性いいわ。
⚫︎帆立のタルタルソース
これはね、帆立の貝柱のみの方が、よりタルタルソースと合う気がする。
⚫︎豚ヒレ肉
抜群な旨さ！
⚫︎サーモンのイクラ載せ
合わないはずがない親子取り合わせ！
イクラの濃厚なプチプチ感が口の中で弾ける様は最高！

まぁ、揚げ物の王道王様だよね！笑
串揚げの合間合間に、サラダを頂くのだが、仕込みの際に、塩水に付けてるのかな？ソース等付けなくても、充分、味があり箸休め的な存在感を示す。
久々の串揚げに興奮したのか、ご飯もお代わりしちゃったよ！笑
この価格帯で、この内容なら、充分、利用価値あるお店だと、改めて思う。
