I stopped by to have dinner. The shop is located on the first floor of a multi-tenant building near a subway station, within a 1,000 yen taxi ride west from Nagoya Station. There is no parking lot, so you will have to use a nearby coin parking lot. It's a small shop with only 6 counter seats. It's an open kitchen, so you can eat while watching the food being prepared. The menu mainly consists of Fried Skewers, rice, and alcohol. There are two types of courses that are worth the price. There are three types of dipping sauce for Fried Skewers: miso sauce, matcha salt, and a special sauce, and the owner will advise you on the best sauce for each occasion. Personally, I like the special sauce. For the food, I ordered the ``Selected Fried Skewers Course.'' I will introduce them in the order they appear. Small dish of seasonal vegetables, a large white leaf roll, Kagoshima beautiful pork tenderloin, Japanese yam butter, squid topped with sea urchin, large shrimp roll, kelp with roe, scallop tartare, Sendai beef (A5) thigh, salmon roe, snow crab stick leg, chawanmushi to cleanse the palate.The course includes: It may be a bit unsatisfactory as it does not come with rice.
