怪しいグルメ探検隊in名古屋。
今宵は名古屋で串揚げです。地下鉄太閤通駅近くにある「串揚げ処gaku」に行ってきました。カウンター６席のみ、店主ワンオペのこじんまりとしたお店ですが、この日も予約客で満席でした。
予約したのはおすすめの10本税込2,600円のコース。とりあえずは生ビールをお願いします。先付けは菜花のお浸しと野菜。
出て来たのは次のような内容でした。
①白身魚。こちらは抹茶塩でいただきます。揚げたて熱々は美味しいねぇ。
②ヒレ肉。これはソースでいただきます。
③じゃがバター、④イカ明太子。
これは両方ともそのままでいただきます。
⑤桜麩、こちらはお味噌で田楽風にしていただきました。
⑥帆立。これはオリジナルのタルタルソースで。
⑦子持ち昆布は抹茶塩で。プチプチした食感が良いね。
⑧椎茸の肉詰め
⑨サーモンのイクラ乗せ。
⑩海老。海老はプリっとして美味い。
コースは10本ですが、追加で本日のおすすめメニューから筍（税込275円）をお願いします。これは抹茶塩でいただきました。
最後にお口直しの茶碗蒸しがきました。
これだけいただいてお会計は3,500円ほどと破格のお値段。
