名古屋の柳橋市場のすぐそば。今夜は奥さんと串揚げの「ポロ衛門」さんでデートです。
店内は、入り口そばにカウンター。奥にはテーブル席もありますが、やはりカウンターが良いですよね。訪問した土曜日も、予約で一杯。予約して正解でした。
ビールで乾杯したら、おでんの盛り合わせと、串揚げ15本のセットを注文。
ここからは怒涛の串揚げラッシュです。
真鯛やハモ、イカの海鮮系はレアの揚げ具合。薄味の出汁醤油で素材の味を楽しみます。
具に挟まれた大葉や三つ葉がいいアクセント。手が込んでますね。
だからと言う訳ではありませんが、スパークリングに切り替えです。
長芋や筍も乙。コースじゃ無いとなかなか頼まない串ですが、いいお味です。こちらも調味料は可能な限り控えめで。
肉は牛ロースやササミ。特にロースは完全にレア。衣が軽いから、15本目の串でもペロリと食べられちゃいます。
今日の串はハズレ無しの、全てに満足。雰囲気もいいし、なかなかいいお店に出会えました。
