駅近で気になっていたお店。
仕事帰りに訪問。
土曜日ということもあり
店内はほぼ満席でした。

恵那どりコース ￥4,000
(通常5000円→1月限定で4000円)
▶本日の前菜三種
・イカのピリ辛合え
・ゆずなめこ
・里芋の田楽
柔らかく煮付けられたイカ。
つるんとさっぱりなめこ。
1口サイズの里芋。
内容は日替わりの前菜3種。
▶本日のサラダ
・ポテトサラダ
香ばしい最中の下には
クリームコーンのポテトサラダ。
粒々のコーンも入っていて
甘みも感じる。
▶刺し
・サワラ
・知覧鶏のタタキ
甘さとコクのある九州醤油で。
薬味は山葵、ニンニク、柚子胡椒。
しっとりと柔らかい鶏のタタキ。
薬味と合わせて食べるとより美味しい。
▶焼き
・恵那鶏の炭火焼
モモとムネ、2種類の盛り合わせ。
山葵、柚子胡椒、卓上の4種の塩で。
(岩塩、抹茶塩、山葵塩、花椒塩)
皮付きのモモはジューシー。
ムネはしっとりと
柔らかかったです。

寒い時期に嬉しいお鍋。
1人1つずつのお鍋だから
自分のタイミングで食べれるのが嬉しい。
鍋の中には鰹だし。
お肉はモモとムネ、つくねの3種類。
脂肪が少なめのヘルシーな恵那鶏。
白菜などの野菜やきのこ4種類
和歌山の紅芯大根とお野菜もたっぷり。
柚子胡椒、胡麻ダレ、ポン酢と
好みのつけダレで。
鰹だしがとっても美味しい。
野菜やお肉にお出汁が染みて
何も付けなくても充分なぐらい。
さっぱりと柚子胡椒でいただくのが
好みでした。

・鶏のひつまぶし
ご飯に甘辛いタレ、錦糸卵、海苔
大きめの焼き鶏が乗った
ひつまぶし。
1杯目はそのまま
2杯目は山葵＆鰹出汁を掛けて
いただきました。
▶甘味
・ゴマ団子
・台湾茶 鉄観音茶
デザートに温かいお茶まで。
最後まで大満足なコースでした。
