▶︎炭火焼きはもも、せせり、レバー。炭火の香りがよく、レバーは塩ごま油で、ももとせせりは卓上のお塩で頂きました✨
▶︎名古屋コーチンのしゃぶしゃぶは柚子胡椒、ポン酢、ごま油で。しっとりの鶏肉に柚子胡椒を乗せて食べるのが好きだった(*´◒`*)ヘルシーで女性にも嬉しい！
▶︎〆の鶏ひつまぶしは、錦糸卵の上に焼き鳥が乗っていて、甘辛いタレを絡めてそのまま食べたあとに、山葵やお出汁でさっぱりいただくのが最高に沁みる〜っ
