I went to an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that uses Nagoya Cochin! I was satisfied with being able to experience the local climate and food culture.The Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) I visited is located in the downtown area of Nagoya city and is easily accessible.It was crowded with locals and tourists! The interior of the restaurant has a calm yet lively atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable.Firstly, the Nagoya Cochin sashimi that was served was extremely fresh, and the meat was soft and juicy when you put it in your mouth! In particular, it has a deep flavor and richness that is unique to locally grown Cochin, and I couldn't resist the rich flavor with every bite! The next thing I ordered was Nagoya Cochin shabu shabu! A masterpiece where you can enjoy the tender Cochin meat. Enjoyed it with colorful seasonal vegetables! shabu shabu is usually made with pork or beef, so this may have been my first time trying chicken shabu shabu! This shabu shabu, which takes advantage of the characteristics of Nagoya Cochin, tasted a notch higher than regular shabu shabu ♪ I also ordered the grilled Nagoya Cochin. It was perfectly grilled and carefully cooked to bring out the flavor of the meat. Grilled chicken is a standard dish, but the taste of Nagoya Cochin was exceptional, and it was different from any other Grilled skewer I've had before. ! And finally, we had Nagoya Cochin Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) ♪ The rice is soaked with the flavor of Cochin, and every time you take a bite, the fragrant flavor spreads throughout your mouth, making it irresistible! This is a blissful dish to enjoy Nagoya Cochin! I'm happy to be able to enjoy both Nagoya Cochin's eggs and Nagoya Cochin's meat.
