新しく開店されたお店で、仕事で名古屋に来ましたのでお邪魔させてもらいました。
カウンターに座らせてもらいました。
落ち着いた雰囲気です。
コロナもあってだと思いますが、入店時利用させていただいた時は私たち1組でした。
私たち1組にも関わらず、スタッフ皆様が細かい気配りをしていただきサービスも徹底されているように見受けられました。
味は非常に良く、鮮度は抜群。
大将からも熟成などではなく、鮮度にこだわられていると説明もありました。
ネタも少し大きく、シャリはふんわり柔らかめ。
ネタの鮮度、味がしっかり感じ取れるような握り方。
またコース内容が変わった時にはお邪魔したいです。
あっという間の時間でした。
連れて行った方はとても喜んでおり、満足してました。
行って良かったです。
今後、人気になって予約が取りづらくなると思うと残念ですが、あの味とサービスだと仕方ないかもしれません
