四間道の隠れ家的な肉割烹のお店が気になって
自分へのご褒美に予約して行ってきました。
お店はカウンター６席の落ち着いた大人の雰囲気で
寡黙なシェフのワンオペでやってるみたいです。
今回はおまかせの駒谷コースをいただきましたが
肉割烹のすごさを感じさせる美味しい料理ばかりで
北海道駒谷牧場の完全放牧牛ジビーフと新保氏が
手当した熟成肉も力強い旨味が最高に美味しいです☆
〆のご飯は意外にとんかつかと思いましたが
走る豚とんかつはびっくりするほど美味しくて
めちゃくちゃ感動しました。
特別感がありすぎてとても良かったです。
