知り合いの方に誘われ付き添いで。
ポタージュは甘みがあり美味しかった。
お肉のタルタルも。
ホルモンの春巻きは脂っこい印象。
レバーやハツは食感も臭みもクセが強くて私にはまったく無理でした。
内臓系得意な人じゃないとだいぶ厳しいかと、、
大好きなはずのステーキもジビーフの方は鼻から抜ける臭みが感じられ美味しくいただけなくて残念でした。
熟成肉とは聞いていたけど、ジビーフとゆうのは知らなくて、私には無理だな〜と勉強になりました。
あえてジビエ風にしてある牛肉ってそんなに価値があるのかなー？

最後のカツが一番美味しかった！！
これは完全に個人的な好みになってしまいますが昔ながらの硬いたまごプリンが苦手なのです。。
