名駅鉄板焼き森本 XPremiumさんに初訪問。
最近焼き鳥ばかり食べていたので、久々にちゃんとしたお肉が食べたくなりこちらに辿り着きました。
場所は名古屋駅の太閤通口から徒歩約5分です。
オーダーしたのは雅コース。
最初にシェフが本日使用する食材（A5のお肉、ロブスター）を見せてくださるので、この後の料理への期待が高まりました。
魚の造りは隣に系列店の寿司屋がある事もあり、とても鮮度が高く美味でした。
メインのお肉、ロブスターは言うまでもなく美味しかったですが、特に感動したのは〆の炊き込みご飯。この日はガリご飯でしたが、生姜の香りがよく、既にお腹一杯なのにも関わらず別腹で食べれました。お代わりすれば良かったと後で後悔。
前菜からデザートまでとても美味しく満足いたしました。
また鉄板焼きが食べたくなったら是非伺いたいと思います。
隣の系列店の鮨屋さんもお客さんが満席で活気がありましたので、機会があればお隣にもお邪魔してみたいと思います。
