初めての訪問。おまかせの15,000円のコースで予約◎カウンターのみの席。
まず、席に着いたらご飯が炊かれてて、
白菜の漬物、白せんまいを頂きながら炊き上がりを待つ。この日はアスパラのスープで、季節ごとに変わるんだそう。焼肉屋でこう言ったスープが出てくるのは、珍しい。野菜もコースではこのスープ以外では出てこなかったな。炊き立てのごはんと、ユッケの相性が良いと言うことで、軽くご飯をよそってもらいユッケ肉をご飯に置いて巻いて食べたら、ご飯の熱さでお肉の脂が口の中で溶けて最高に美味しかった。
味噌漬けのお肉も甘くて美味しい。大皿できたお肉達も一枚一枚丁寧に焼きたくなるお肉達。
ホルモン系がコースに含まれてなかったので、味噌ホルモンを追加注文。私、焼肉のとき〆を食べたいのでお米食べないんだけども、このホルモンにはご飯が必須なくらい、ものすごく美味しかった◎
実際の〆は雲丹いくらのユッケ丼、冷麺、カレーから選べて、私は雲丹いくら丼を注文。冷麺は写真だけ撮らせてもらった◎冷麺大好きなんだけど、ここのは王道の冷麺ではなくなんだか濃ゆい色した冷麺でした。
デザートは杏仁豆腐をキャラメリゼしたもの。
新しい。杏仁豆腐でキャラメリゼしてるものは初めてでした◎
美味しい焼肉も食べれて、普段とは違うメニューがあったりで楽しかった◎
お酒も美味しかった◎
シャンパンはメニューに載ってなかったけど、聞いてみたらありました◎老中のレモンサワーは瓶で出てきてこれまた濃くて美味しい。写真はないけどアールグレイのお酒があってそれも美味しくて、プライベートで買おうと思いました。
店員さんもとても気さくな方で話しやすかったです。
