本日は、名古屋駅地下〜チカマチラウンジ飲食街の一角にあるマイペンライさんへプーパッポンカリーをはじめとするタイ料理を食べに伺いました(o^^o)
ソフトシェルクラブを使う蟹と玉子の炒め
物であるプーパッポンカリー、、脱皮した
ばかりの蟹の甲羅や殻は柔らかく〜カレー
風味のトロトロした卵に絡めて頂きます♪
また海老のすり身揚げや生春巻きには素材
に旨味やコクを増すナンプラーはたっぷり
つけて美味しさを引き出すd(^_^o)
そして定番のトムヤムクン味のヌードルや
パラパラチャーハンなども加え〜甘く辛く
