いつも長蛇の列ができている此方のお店。
限定の肝入りうなぎ丼をいただきたくネットで席を予約しました。11時オープン、予約の方から案内されます。
今日の焼き加減は最高の仕上がりで鰻とタレの香ばしさが素晴らしかったです。
私は養殖鰻は状態によっては匂いが気になるタイプです。相方は鰻が大好きでしてあまり一緒に食べに行くことができません。
ですが、此方のお店の鰻でしたら毎週でも食べられると思いました。
ひつまぶしや丼はご飯の量が多いと思いませんか？食べきれなかった分はお持ち帰り用のパックを用意してくださるのでお店の方に相談されてみるのも良いかと思います。
私は長焼き定食にしてご飯の量を調整しました。

これはホントに鰻の肝？！
鶏の心臓ぐらいの大きさの肝でした。
個体の大きさを想像、じっくり育てられた鰻肝は筋肉質で美味しかったです。
次回は白壁別邸の方にも訪問してみたいです。
