名古屋に何店舗かあるうな富士の名前はうなぎ好きなら聞いたことあるだろうと言うくらい名古屋では有名なお店
行列のイメージがあるので今まで未訪問だったが今日は時間があるので夕方18時過ぎに12人待ちの列に接続
どのくらい待つかな？とか思っていたらあれよあれよと列が進み店内に 店内はまだ空席がある状態で順番に店内に案内していた感じなのかな
メニューを見ると名古屋らしくひつまぶしがある
うなぎ丼かうな重も迷うところだな
今回は初うな富士なのでリーズナブルなうなぎ丼をオーダーで決定4540円 生ビールもオーダー
すぐにきゅうりとキャベツの漬物が提供されたのでビールのつまみにしながらうなぎの到着を待つ
到着したうなぎ丼 見た目でカリッと焼かれている感じの関西風
今回驚いたのはうなぎ丼以外に香の物とはまぐり汁更にうなぎの白焼きがついてくる この白焼にわさびをつけて食べるとうまいうまい
さてうなぎ丼をいただきますか
関西風なので表面はカリッと中はふんわりの仕上がり
炭火で一気に焼いてるのか表面の香ばしさがたまらない
山椒をかけたりしながら美味しく頂いていたがご飯の中にまさかのうなぎが 二段うな重だったのには驚いた
満足の夕食になりました
本当に美味しかったのでリピート決定ですね
