正確に言えば、ハンバーグでは無いのですが、生肉を限りなくレアに近い状態で炙って食すお料理です。
三河地区の希少ブランド牛
段戸牛を使用。

三河地区の有名な酒蔵
『蓬莱泉 空』で、お馴染みの
【関谷醸造】さんの酒粕を
食べて育ったと言う
グルメな牛さんのお肉なんです✨
なるほどお肉は、あくまでも柔らかく香りが良い。
そして、
白いご飯があると、何かを乗っけたくなるのは自然の流れ♡
丸い美味しそうな、限りなくレアに近い炙り肉の塊が2つ
そして十五夜お月様のような丸い卵の黄身も２つ

この最強のビジュアルは❣️
もれなく乗っけて、さらにタレまでかけて美味しさ際立った
別添えのサラダやスープも名脇役となるが、やはり肉にはアルコール
ってことで、ハイボール追加しました
