本日は、豚焼肉グルマンズさんにお邪魔しました。
店内は、とても活気があってきれいなお店です。
団体で飲み放題付きのコース利用だったのですが、豚焼肉でどんなメニューなんだろうと思っていました。
最初にサラダ、キムチの盛り合わせが出た後、
タン、ホルモン、レバー、トントロ、つぼ漬けハラミとホルモン以外は通常豚肉であまり食べる事の少ない部位が出てきました。中でもタンやレバーは、表面が焼ければレアでも大丈夫で焼きすぎない方がおいしいとの事でした。最初少し心配でしたが、食べてみると大変おいしいのでたくさん食べてしまいました。
締めは、スープと卵かけご飯でお腹いっぱいで大満足でした。
また来たいお店ですね。
