東急ハンズの帰りにこちらへ。
辛カルビ丼とスンドゥブ
頂きます。
12時50分頃に入店先客2組みで入り口の券売機にて購入します。丼とスンドゥブのセットを押して辛さを選びたいと店員さんに聞いたらセットは選べないとの事で単品の辛カルビ丼にして辛さマックスとスンドゥブの小スープをオーダーしました。
カウンター席に座り程なく提供されます。
スンドゥブはぐつぐつとしていて熱いので先ずはカルビ丼からコチジャンを絡めて一口。辛い？全然辛く無い。具材はカルビともやしにキャベツ、ごはんの普通盛りはどんぶり飯の量があります。
スンドゥブに温泉卵を入れて食べると魚介のいい出汁が出ています。
途中卓上の辛粉をふりかけて食べたけど辛くはないなぁ。じんわりと汗が出たけどスンドゥブの熱さのせいだと思う。
