前日に気になってたオキナワ食堂に連絡すると
予約は大丈夫ですが、沖縄そばがないという。
それじゃダメなので、次に気になってた名駅西の
テジュン食堂にランチで行ってきました。
店内はコリアンモダンのオシャレな雰囲気。
此方は厨房機器のプロ集団である株式会社繁盛が
運営する韓国大衆食堂で、老舗韓国食材ナリタが
監修するスンドゥブがオススメのようです。
メニューは韓丼に似た感じですがちょっと高めで
最新の券売機でトリビーから注文。
◆特選辛カルビ丼とスンドゥブチゲ定食（1,450円）

◆肉マシ（250円）
◇生ビール（550円）
肉マシ、ニンニクトッピングの特選辛カルビ丼は
甘めでコクのある特製コチュジャンを絡めながら
ナリタ極辛粉をかけるとすごく美味しいです！！
肉マシにしたカルビはそんなに多くはないですが
柔らかくて肉質も良く、ナムルもいい感じでした。
自慢のスンドゥブチゲもそんなに辛くないですが
しっかりコクがあって美味しかったです。
