I visited Taejun Cafeterias on the 1st floor of Tsubaki Nishi Building, 10-21 Tsubaki-cho, Nakamura-ku, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. When I tried to visit the new Chinese soba restaurant Raian, I had to give up due to the long line, so I decided to visit the nearby Taejun Cafeterias, a new restaurant that also opened on June 5, 2023, for lunch for the first time. The store was fairly crowded, but I was able to get a seat at the counter right away. Apparently they use extremely spicy flour and special aged miso sauce from a Korean product store called Narita, which was founded in 1948 and has several restaurant near Nagoya Station, so I don't know if there is a connection. First, purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine next to the entrance. secret! ! Nagoya Sundubu Jjigae with 3 types of Korean Side Dishes + rice This is a value-for-money signature menu item among the Sundubu menu that uses homemade tofu. They make it after you order, but it takes about 10 minutes to prepare the bowl. The pot is simmering. Put the egg into the pot! I thought it wasn't spicy enough, so I added extra spicy powder to adjust it to my liking. I was able to finish it all, wishing there was a little more rice. I got the impression that there were a lot of people eating the two-plate Kalbi-don menu, so I guess I can expect a larger portion of that. Let's try that next time. Thank you for the meal.
