柳橋交差点近くに２０２３年８月にオープンした焼肉店、さっそく平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はテーブル１０卓ほどの席数、１９時４５分ころに入りましたが７割程度の客入りでした。
メニューは名物という釜炊きご飯や厚切りレバー、ぶるまるホルモン、肉寿司をはじめ、タンやカルビ、ハラミなどの牛、豚タン、ドデカ豚ハラミ、とんちゃんなどの豚、せせり鶏モモ、砂肝などの鶏とバラエティに富んだラインナップ、それにホルモンの種類も充実していますね。サイドメニューも牛すじ煮込みやテールクッパ、お肉たっぷりカレー、和風冷麺などいろいろと魅力的なものもありましたね。値段もカルビ７１０円、ホルモン５９０円、とんちゃん３２０円とすごくリーズナブルです。
その中からいただいたのは厚切りタンに赤身の盛り合せ、ぶるまるホルモン、牛すじ煮込み、ささみポン酢など。
まずはささみポン酢、おろしたっぷりでさっぱりといただけるのがイイですね、３８０円とリーズナブルなところもうれしいです。
赤身の盛り合せはカルビ、上カルビ、ミスジ、上ロース、ハラミの５種類、めちゃくちゃ柔らかくてジュワッと口の中に広がる脂がたまらない上カルビ、しっかりしたお肉の旨みと脂の甘みのバランスが見事なミスジ、どっしりとしたお肉の味が楽しめるハラミとどれも美味しいですね。
ぶるまるホルモンもぷりぷりの脂がたっぷりで実にワタクシ好みのホルモン、すごく美味しかったです。
盛り合わせのカルビとかが美味しかったので追加したかったのですが、牛すじ煮込みなどのサイドメニューが想定以上のボリュームだったため断念、次回にとっておくことにします、ごちそうさまでした。
