February 2024 Visited "Meieki Teppan Dereshishi" I found out about their fluffy Okonomiyaki through a Tabelog search. This building is a hideaway built during the bubble era (so nostalgic!) Once you go down from the entrance to the basement, you can enter. It's the door. We enter the store like a maze. Today's order: ◦Pork and egg okonomiyaki ◦Tuna and avocado with wasabi and soy sauce ◦Japanese-style roast beef salad ◦Bulgarian red wine Petit Enira (Merlo et Syrah) A very delicious and fluffy Okonomiyaki that exceeded my expectations. (Please note that it will take some time!) Of course, the other dishes were also delicious. I had a great time chatting with the handsome master while drinking wine. I will visit you again! !
