This is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that opened on October 17, 2023, about a 10-minute walk from Kintetsu Nagoya Station, and I tried it out on a weekday night. There were about 10 tables inside the restaurant, and although we entered around 8:00 pm, there were only about 3 other customers, so it wasn't that crowded. The menu includes standard meats such as short ribs, loin, sea bream, and skirt steak, offal meats such as purihoru, tecchan, mino, and kori-kori, rare parts such as agi, koone, and sagari, as well as chicken, pork, various types of smoked meat, and beef. It's interesting that they have sushi rice dishes such as shiguredon, Cold Noodles, and gamja Ramen, as well as Sushi shari that doesn't have meat on it, as well as rice. Among them, we ordered ribs with salted tongue, harami engawa, three types of smoked meat, purihoru, etc. The ribs were cut so thinly that they looked like they were cut off, so it didn't look good, but the taste was good, with the sweetness of the juicy fat. The meat had a good flavor, but I was disappointed that it wasn't filling, and I wish there was at least a little more portion. Next is the harami engawa, which is also small in size like the short ribs, but as expected, although it is called harami, it is interesting that it has a lot of fat because it is called engawa, but it is not greasy. It's delicious without being tasteful at all. Then, the three types of smoked meat, bacon, cheese, and king king kingfish, are lightly grilled and served with mountain wasabi. Each one had a strong fragrant aroma, and they were all delicious, perfect for pairing with alcohol. This time I mainly ate relatively reasonably priced meat, so the visuals of the meat weren't good, but the taste was good.If I have the next opportunity, I'd like to try a little more and try some good meat.
