We purchase carefully selected Amakusa Daio chicken from Kumamoto prefecture and Omi Shamo chicken from Shiga prefecture directly from contracted poultry farms, allowing you to experience the deliciousness and breadth of flavor of local chicken like never before. The seasoning and spectacular cooking techniques by the owner are bold and precise. Please enjoy the luxurious pairing of the impressive yakitori with wine that brings out the charm of the chicken even more.

We offer three different courses to enjoy authentic charcoal-grilled yakitori to suit your needs. The Chef's selection Course is a full course centered around Amakusa Daio and Omi Shamo chicken, with appetizers, skewers, a final dish, dessert, and paired coffee. The Yakitori Course and Casual Course can be reservation on the day. Additional skewers can be ordered, so this course is recommended for those who want to enjoy Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) first.

We are particular about our wine lineup so that we can "add color to your daily life" with yakitori and wine, and "make new discoveries and encounters" through the pairing.
