柳橋中央市場の近くに２０２３年１２月１９日にオープンした居酒屋です、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター５席とテーブル４卓ほど、それにこの時期は寒いかもですがテラス席もあります。１９時４５分ころに入りましたがほぼ満席と賑わっていました。
メニューはどて串、牛すじどて煮、串かつ、味噌おでん、肝唐揚といった５大名物をはじめ、マグロやしめさば、たこぶつなどのお魚系、定番のおつまみに鉄火丼やどてめし、冷麺などのシメのご飯ものなどなかなか魅力的なラインナップです。
まずは味噌おでんから赤棒、こんにゃく、玉子に串かつの味噌、どて串とオールブラウンの注文、味噌おでんはそれぞれのタネにしっかり味噌が染み渡っていますね、濃厚ながらも後味にクドさが残ることはなく好きなタイプの味噌です。
串かつもどっぷりと味噌に浸かっていてしっかり染みた衣がイイですね、お肉も柔らかくてビールがススみます。
追加で牛すじどて煮と肝唐揚を注文し５大名物をすべて制覇ですね、笑。牛すじどて煮 大きなお肉がゴロゴロと入っています、味噌は何度も言うように濃厚ながらも後に残ることなく好きな味、なのでこのどて煮も好みにどストライクでした。
どて煮をはじめとする名古屋の味噌文化が存分に堪能できるイイお店ですね、またお邪魔したいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
