It was delicious! The bitterness of the red miso was less, and the sweet and salty taste was just right for my taste! The fried pork ribs were also delicious ^_^ The way the liver cutlet skewers were coated was nice, but... it was a little chewy and I thought it would be better to fry it a little earlier ^_^ Thank you for the meal!
